• Bachelor or Master degree in science (health sciences, economics,…) • Minimum 6 month experience in marketaccess or health economics in the pharmaceutical industry• Knowledge of the local marketaccess procedures, the decision making process and healthcare policy• Knowledge of local healthcare institutions/stakeholders • Theoretical and practical knowledge of health economics applied to pharmaco-economic models • Analysis, synthesis and communication of clinical and health economic information • Experience in the therapeutic area is an advantage (dermatology - biologics)• Concise and effective verbal and written communication skills• Fluent English and French or Dutch, written and spoken• Driver’s license• Ability to collaborate with people across multiple areas of expertise• Being able to build relationships within the affiliate, across functions and borders• Positive attitude and problem-solving capabilities• Demonstrate proactivity, ownership and accountability LEO Pharma LierFlanders
