A large part of the role will be dedicated to leading the transformation of Marine Operations in Belgium:
Improve clientservicing:
NPS, new services, new ways of working, digitizationLead the implementation of Marine Strategy, together with the Marine Business leaderEnsure the implementation of the Target Operating ModelBuild a lean and data centric servicing (especially by reinforcing renewal and revenue managementDrive change:

Oversee day to day operational activity of the team , and monitor workflow within the team assigning tasks to Senior Operations Services Executives and Operations Services Executives managing and prioritizing own and teams workload to maintain service standards and high quality outcomes.Monitor, measure, analyze and develop reports on team productivity, colleague performance and KPI performance against targets and conduct regular one-on-one and team meetings to ensure that staff adhere to assigned schedules and performance expectations.Ensure the Operations team meets Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and business objectives.Oversee the quality of communications and work of client and internal facing colleagues and implement initiatives to refine existing processes and procedures, as required, driving ownership of outcomes to reinforce desired business objectives.Facilitate communications across business functions and resolve problems when required to ensure that issues encountered by team members are resolved efficiently.Lead and/or participate in stakeholder engagement sessions and work in partnership with brokers on identified initiatives to improve client experience and to ensure an understanding of the needs and expectations of external and internal clients.Oversee the complaints management system and manage/address escalated calls, complaints, questions and queries as necessary.Liaise with Compliance to restrict breaches and work to ensure emerging risks are identified, assessed, and reported in line with business procedures and operational controls are working to an effective standard and monitored.What you need to have :
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Marine Operations environment, in corporate insurance industryLeadership and positive attitude, with good interpersonal skills to partner with multiple stakeholdersExperience in team management and coordinationStrong business & process analysis skills and an understanding of operationsExcellent communication and presentation skillsFluent Flemish/Dutch and English, written and spokenAttention to details and data / metricsWhat makes you stand out :
