As Global Marketing Operations Manager you will oversee & drive all aspects of Kipling marketing operations and projects, global brand and messaging alignment, GTM & Key Global InitiativesHow You Will Make a DifferenceYou will achieve this by:

Supporting the Global Marketing GTM and being responsible for the Global marketing calendar by aligning and consolidating regional calendars and marketing plansManaging and monitoring global budget, ensuring PO development and detailed tracking and reporting, while respecting the budgetBeing the gatekeeper of the Kipling Brand DNA & purpose initiativesDriving the flawless execution & elevation of E-com product shoots & descriptions, B2B & DAM projectsDriving the organization of the seasonal lifestyle shootsImproving production efficiencies & KPI’sImproving communication flow and processes among global, regional marketing teamsDriving the sustainability communicationFostering an innovative test & learn mentality.Creating an environment of respect & team development Skills for SuccessTo succeed in this role you must proactively organize global content and projects, simplify processes and clearly communicate Global plans and processes to the internal marketing teams and external vendors.

With your strong influencing skills, you will get the regional marketing, sales teams, and external vendors to onboard with the global direction.

You should have:

- and people relationship managementA keen interest in digitalization, brand principles and content creationProfileMaster’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Management or Business5-7+ years of experience of which at least 2 in a global organizationProven experience in:
