The Job (responsibilities):
Propose and implement solutions (Next Gen Solution, SAP IBP) to improve demandplanning process and correlated success metrics (e.g.
forecast accuracy, bias, forecast value-add)Create improved demand processes using a new planning toolPropose and implement process improvements in the Demand Forecasting process.Collaborate with line / BU functions (sales, marketing, finance, sourcing and manufacturing) and drive alignment on key business decisions for Next Gen Planning tool functionality.Train users in the new ways of workingThe Person (requirements):
Higher Degree - Supply Chain or Engineering preferred8+ years of supply and demandplanning, preferred:
SAP ECC/S4 HANASolid understanding of supply management practices and proceduresPlanning system implementation or key user experience required; SAP IBP preferredDelivered projects on time and in fullExperience in training teams on best practicesExcellent English written and verbal communication skills, other European languages are an assetCapability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExperience of working across large groups of stakeholders, ability to influenceContinuous improvement mindset and openness to changeProcess management, ownership (challenge Status Quo)Occasional travel, up to 10% of the time might be required (for trainings, go-lives)We offer:
