The CMI Manager will work across therapy areas:
Multiple Sclerosis, Biosimilars, AD & Rare Disease (SMA, ALS, FA)The overall mission is to create integrated strategic insights and analytics on affiliate business performance, utilizing Market Research, Reporting and Competitive Intelligence.
Within these insights disciplines, the CMI Lead will drive and build functional excellence using strategic thinking and advanced business analytics capabilities.
The CMI Manager will provide regular recommendations for affiliate leadership teams and key business functions, as well as driving forecasting processes based on regional guidance & local dynamics.What You’ll Do 1.
Manage data and drive powerful business decision making process.
Provides rigorous assessment and diagnosis of brand and market performance, presenting insights and recommendations.Centralize data in a qualitative way and provide accurate and timely insights:
Reporting of patient data, market shares, (daily) sales and CI.
For this, the CMI manager relies on IQVIA, PharmaScan, Farminform, Brocacef, CI and Market research data.Work with Global Business Services to keep international dashboards up to date and accurate.Ensure 100% alignment of these data with Finance.Analysis of in-market sales, patients, Market shares, Growth dynamics and competitor environment.Ad-hoc analysis of data, providing detailed understanding of business trends etc.

Business Planning:
Forecasting, MYF & Annual Operating Plan.
Be actively involved in all these processes and make sure they all run smoothly, through Cross-functional cooperation with all departments.Actively involved in Monthly and Quarterly reporting cycles.Leverages analytics expertise and brand knowledge to align and support the affiliate during key business processes such as Business Reviews and AnnualOperating Planning Owner of the yearly AOP & Monthly & Quarterly Forecast process.Making a clear back-planning.Prepare, discuss, forecast and calculate units, patients, market shares & revenue.Work with all departments to understand business performance versus Operating Plan and able to explain deviations in clear and crisp comments.3.
Analytical lead in Insight regarding the development of reports in cooperation with the Commercial Director who is responsible for data entry and day-to-day business needs.

Assist with the SO&P forecast.
Strive for an excellent FC accuracy and FC Bias.5.
Support regional and global CMI support initiatives and projectsActively participate in offsite meetings and share best practices with the other affiliates6.
Local Market Research plan Pharmacovigilance responsibility:
Upon initiation of a project and before implementation, systematically check with the Regulatory Affairs Manager all potential Quality Assurance and Pharmacovigilance aspects.Report any adverse event (AE), learned off during or outside business activities and which is (potentially) associated with the use of product(s) under Biogen’s responsibility, within one business day to drugsafety.Who You Are You bring expertise from a comparable position preferably from a related industry, where your responsibilities included analyzing sales, market trends, patient data, and competitive intelligence for products within the Benelux region.QualificationsMaster degree in a relevant education.3 years of experience, similar role and related industry.Strong analytical skills;Highly skilled in Excel plus a knowledge of other Office programs like PowerPoint, Word and OutlookStrong expertise with quantitative data sources.Good English and fluent Dutch language capabilities;Communication and presentation skills;Customer focused;Team player, flexible, organizer;Ability to work independently and in a proactive way;Driven and self-motivated and able to work upon their own initiative.Additional InformationWhy Biogen?Our mission to find therapies for neurological and rare diseases is a unique focus within our industry and this shared purpose is what connects us as a team.
