You have a bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Engineering, or equivalent experience.You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a testing or quality assurance environment, in test management & test methodology.You have a strong knowledge of testing tools, methodologies, and automation.You have knowledge of the technical application landscape (at least for one domain) and at least ‘basic’ knowledge about IT platforms, technology solutions, IT (development) standards & software development lifecycle models.You have basic knowledge about non-functional requirements and software (& hardware) architecture.You have excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.You have a very good knowledge of French, English and Dutch.
