Identify emerging technologies, research trends, and market opportunities to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantageLead and manage innovation projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, resource allocation, and timely deliver.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and research institutions to leverage expertise and resources for project successContinuously optimize hydrometallurgical processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and environmental sustainability.
Utilize data analysis, modelling, and simulation tools to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutionsDrive research and development efforts to explore novel approaches, materials, and techniques for metal extraction, recovery, and purification.
Collaborate with internal R&D teams and external partners to conduct experiments, prototype development, and scale-up trialsLead, mentor, and motivate a team of scientists, engineers, and technicians, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the teamEstablish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of innovation projects.
