Measuring, monitoring & continuously improving existing HR policies and procedures.
Throughout the entire HR cycle, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and social labor law matters.
Your profile Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles.
Legal background and knowledge of HR legislation and labor law.
Strong leadership skills, with proven experience in managing and developing teams.
Extensive knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
Strategic thinking and the ability to translate HR strategies into concrete action plans.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
A proactive and innovative mindset, with a willingness to explore new ideas and approaches.
