Does this sound like you?You’ll work with industry-leading clients across multiple sectors to reduce risks and improve business continuity and asset productivity.You’ll save lives, drive performance and improve the working lives of all your clients’ employees.Working with a team of experienced consultants, you’ll identify best practices and apply your PSM expertise to a broad range of industrial clients.You’ll observe and analyse their operations, identifying and implementing innovative solutions.You’ll leverage your analytical and problem-solving skills across a variety of industries for both national and international clients.Who are you today?You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering / HSE / Business / Occupational PsychologyYou have experience in management consulting with previous exposure to processsafetymanagementYou are able to manage complex workstreams from end to end for small or large engagementsYou demonstrate experience and an understanding of the operational issues in heavy industries such as Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Chemicals, Transport or Food & BeverageYou have a deep understanding of subject matters around safety and are able to leverage it externally (guiding clients, creating points of view, etc.)You're a fluent Dutch, French or German speaker, also proficient in English, but are comfortable communicating and working with a wide range of cultures and nationalities (additional European languages are a significant advantage)You have excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
