You define maintenance strategies and control & execute the maintenance budget nd ensure the availability of the necessary resources (people, material, budget) for the optimal execution of the maintenance activities.You inform general management of the results of the maintenance strategies implemented.You ensure that the works in the plant are executed in accordance with the company's policies, guidelines, legal orders, regulations and procedures for both personnel and subcontractors.You guide the maintenance team and oversee the Development & Training Plan for the maintenance management personnel.You work in accordance with the HSE, quality and environmental procedures and policies & instructions, whether documented or not, and their specific responsibilities.
You report problems or suggest improvements or deviations related to the environmental management system to the supervisors.ProfielYou have a bachelor's of master's degree in a technical field or have significant experience within the maintenance area in an industrial industry.You have at least 5 to 8 years of experience in maintenance, with 2 years of experience in team and budget management.You are capable of setting priorities and have a strategic approach towards maintenance.You have a strong technical background in mechanics, electricity and/or automation.
Knowledge of PLC (Siemens, Allen Bradlley, Omron, Fanuc) and/or robotics (KUKA, ABB) is a strong plus.You are fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
