As part of this, your main responsibilities will be to:
Business development and customer relations:
Develop Oteis Advisory in Belgium Ensure customer relations Respond to calls for tender and prospect for new business Propose innovative solutions to existing customers Project management:
Manage technical, operational and financial aspects of projects in line with performance indicators Act as the interface between the various parties involved:
contracting authority, service providers, etc.
Provide assistance to contracting authorities in maintenance engineering (e.g.
technical audits of installations, energy audits, etc.) Monitor FM, multiservice and single-service contracts Business management:
Participate in production milestones Monitor your project portfolio using the management tool and report on your activity Management :
Participate in employee recruitment Organize team activities Lead, motivate and stimulate team dynamics About You Engineering graduate or equivalent.
Min 5-year experience in building operating and maintenance and expertise in building special techniques Knowledge of the management and maintenance requisites of a building’s operating cycle Technical auditing experience Technical skills in the building industry are appreciated (e.g.
