Manage up to 40 employees within maintenance to maximize motivation and efficiency, and to ensure smooth communication and cooperation.Keep him/herself continuously up to date on the evolutions within the field of expertise and keep his/her knowledge up to date in function of new developments.
Qualifications You have a masters degree in industrial maintenance or similar.You have at least 10 years experience in leading maintenance activities in a production plant.You have a practical mindset and are eager to learn.You are a team leader.Getting to know complex industrial installations is a positive challenge for you.You are fluent in French and have a strong communication in English.
