As a MaintenanceManager, you:
Detect and solve technical problems and support the employees in finding the cause.
Prepare preventive maintenance solutions and ensure their implementation.
Manage and follow up on problems regarding maintenance within the Works Council and the Committee for Prevention and Protection at Work.
Manage up to 40 employees within maintenance to maximize motivation and efficiency, and to ensure smooth communication and cooperation.
Keep him/herself continuously up to date on the evolutions within the field of expertise and keep his/her knowledge up to date in function of new developments.
Qualifications You have a master's degree in industrial maintenance or similar.
You have at least 10 years' experience in leading maintenance activities in a production plant.
You have a practical mindset and are eager to learn.
You are a team leader.
Getting to know complex industrial installations is a positive challenge for you.
You are fluent in French and have a strong communication in English.
