The MES solutionarchitect will report to the manufacturing IT team manager with a dotted line to the domain architect. Who are you?Master’s degree in business engineering, economics, logistics or IT; Min 5 years of experience with the design and implementation of a MES system Up to date with the latest MES trends and industry best practices (ISA-95)Experience with agile development and iterative product delivery.Affinity with .NET, Angular and Oracle. Understanding of operational technology (OT) (PLC, OPC-UA, MQTT, Scada,) and IT and OT cyber security standardsPassionate about how MES systems can improve manufacturing excellence and helps the plant operations teams to realize their objectivesExperience within an industrial environment, including interactions with operational teams (operators, process engineers, production engineers) and ways of working at the shop floor levelGood communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills; must be able to summarize, document, present and communicate to various levels of the organization, with both IT and business people.Ability to influence different stakeholders towards standards and harmonization goalsResult oriented, influence & impactEmpowerment & accountabilityTeam spirit, building relationships, collective accountabilityStrong leadership capability, executing as appropriate in the areas of responsibilityKnowledge of English and Dutch.
