We are constantly growing, which is why we are looking for an M365 Continuous Improvement Consultant to join our cool Microsoft team.
Key responsibilities You will be part of the Microsoft team, where you will use your creative talent to solve M365/SharePoint problems and requests.
Together with the team, you are responsible for delivering the best possible service to our Microsoft customers.
You solve functional and technical problems as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Communication is the key, you keep customers informed of the status of issues and make sure all their questions are answered.
You are not only responsible for solving customer questions, but you also build on the application in production.
You also support the project team with your experience and knowledge and see to it that projects are qualitatively transferred to production environments.
Requirements Microsoft (O365) is your passion With initial experience as an O365 / SharePoint / Microsoft developer under your belt, you want to take your career to the next level.
Knowledge of Valo Intranet / Power Automate / Azure / Powell is a plus You focus on finding solutions rather than the problem, you like being the person who solves things.
You are flexible, you can switch easily from one task to another You know how to keep an overview of priorities and pending issues You enjoy talking to clients about technical issues You are fluent in Dutch and English , French is a plus.
You enjoy sharing knowledge and working with your team to achieve the best results.
