About the role:
As M365CollaborationEngineer you and your colleagues are responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the Microsoft 365 platform and services at Euroclear.
You will work closely with the business stakeholders, Cyber Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure the optimal performance, security, and compliance of the Microsoft 365 environment.Responsibilities:
Design, implementation, and full-stack lifecycle support of the M365 environment Participating in incident remediation efforts to improve reliability/prevent future failure scenarios Working with service delivery leads and business solution partners to support technology assessments Optimisation and advanced troubleshooting of Collaboration Solutions Requirements:
Proven experience in Microsoft 365 architecture, design, and implementation Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and services, such as SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Graph API, etc.
Monitoring and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 issues and incidents and provide root cause analysis and resolution Knowledge of M365 security concepts Nice to have:
Knowledge ITIL principles Knowledge of Agile methodology Experience with programming including shell scripting (PowerShell) Experience in exchange online #LI-DL1 Euroclear
