• Logistics claims:

manages customers' logistics claims in collaboration with LSP.• Local product and customer database:

manage the product and customer databases and ensures that they are complete and correct.Each Logistics & Customer Service Assistant can cover all of the processes listed above but does not work on each of these processes on a daily basis.

Each assistant is assigned one main task, one specialty.

Depending on the workload and urgency of the activities in the department, the assistant will work on the other processes.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Minimum level of education and professional experience needed:

• Degree in Logistics or Customer Service (or equivalent)• Preferably 3 or 5 years of relevant international professional experience within complex organizations (ideally in FMCG).• Specific knowledge (foreign languages, software, technical skills)• Fluent in English, French and NL is an important plus • Good understanding of Microsoft software and especially very thorough knowledge of MS Excel and SAP MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Carry out the process Order to Invoice:

• Analyzes and ensures the correct integration of customer orders in SAP (EDI, Esker or manual).• Manages and solves i-doc commands.• Ensure the encoding of customer orders.• Manages the allocation of breakdowns (based on sales input and Inventory Planner).• Sending picking and delivery requests to the LSP.• Informs customers of shortages on their orders.• Based on the rules provided by the sales department and the Inventory Planner, optimizes the shipment of products outside the customer warranty period.• Enter return requests and send them to the LSP.Physical flows:

• Checks goods receipts and updates SAP if necessary.Customer Complaints:

• For each logistic claim received directly from customers or via the LSP, creates a claim and processes it in order to ensure a response to the customer in line with the rules set.• Verify that the goods movements are carried out correctly by the LSP.• Check for each claim that the responsibility is correctly defined.• Create a monthly summary of all claims and identify the cost to be charged to the LSP and the customer service rate.VMI Delhaize:

Invoice ration.• Efficient, correct and timely claims management.
