Coordinate with Customer Service Control Tower on logistics related issues.Communicate with Supply Chain Planning, where required.Support new/changed master data for logistics.Issue & control export documents including broker communication.Support the transport planning process and projects to improve logistics processes & costs.Manage logistic complaints handling the site Westerlo.Keep archives up to date for ISO procedures.
YOUR SKILLS You have a higher education diploma (ideally in logistics or supply chain management).You have 2 to 5 years work experience in a logistics environment or related functions.You are fluent in Dutch and English.
Knowledge of French and/or German is a big plus.You have knowledge in SAP, MS Office, CRM conditions and the following logistics aspects :
warehousing/export/import.You have good communication capabilities and are able to understand the linkages between customer requirements & services, warehouses, transport activities and costs effects.You ideally have prior experience working in a production environment.
