) Analyze and code invoices in Esker platform Assist in the process, review and payment of all Logistics supplier invoices in coordination with Accounts Payable Manage Export shipments of Samples from manufacturing plants and warehouses Daily control of SAP Outbound Deliveries to ensure on-time loading and shipment from manufacturing plants Working on new price requests/tenders, yearly increases etc.
Update freight costs in SAP Monitoring of all transport prices Control GR/IR reconciliation reports Interface to Carriers and Customer Service colleagues Supporting Customer Service Benelux on daily basis Administrative/process quality improvement (ERS/Netmover/SAP) Sourcing and benchmarking of carriers to optimize flows and prices Developing ERS and Netmover access to all carriers Monthly ERS for 0340 and 0381 Report on key logistics performance indicators and metrics, analyze overall vendor performance Shared Responsibilities:
