Ensuring all movements from production and storage locations are executed with correct documentation and declarations, particularly for hazardous goods.
Being the primary contact for customers - adressing inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring an exceptional customer experience Collaborating with Sales, Product Marketing, and Supply Chain departments to align on terms, product availability, pricing, credit limits, payment terms, etc.
Handling customer complaints and collaborating with relevant departments (logistics, quality, etc.).
Processing documentation requests (questionnaires, certifications, and technical product information) post-sale.
Profile Who are you? Experience in customer relations with a strong logistic background .
Fluent in English .
Other languages are a bonus.
