The job.As a LocalRunner, you will join the IT team based in Brussels under the lead of the Service Desk Manager. You represent our Team within our Customer’s premises.You give helpdesk & support to end-users.You assist with the On/Offboarding of end-users.
You manage and maintain:
The Microsoft 365 & Azure tenant daily.Network (Firewalls / Switches / Wi-Fi / ISP’s).Printing fleet.Telephony & video conference systems.The end user’s devices like laptops, iPhone, ..

(ordering – setup – recycling).Backup systems and verify backups are consistent.
ProfileYou have a strong interest in IT.You have good knowledge of network concepts - VLAN, MPLS, VPNs, SD-WanYou have knowledge of virtual machines on Azure (WVD, VMs, Windows365).You have good knowledge of Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, IntuneYou have good knowledge of cloud-based backups mechanism.You have excellent verbal communication skills.You have a flexible attitude and the ability to perform under pressure.You are able to easily express yourself in English and Dutch/French.If you recognize yourself in these requirements, we are looking forward hearing from you! #LI-DNI Proximus
