Plan and execute legal activities of large complexity to give company-wide sound legal advice/counsel/decisions recommendations in order to support SWIFT activities and ensure compliance with legal requirements.02.
Provide legal support in company's new projects by undertaking research on specific legal problems/issues and by offering opinions/counsels.03.
Draft/review/recommend company contracts, participate in negotiations, recommend amendments to contracts worldwide for customers/suppliers/ development projects/ network.04.

Coordinate and follow up worldwide litigation with management, staff and lawyers to ensure best possible settlement.
