What you'll do:
Work closely with the Sales team to draft, review and negotiate agreements with enterprise businesses and Fortune 500 companies.
Manage the contract review process from start to finish, responding to customer redlines and negotiating terms to reach a mutually acceptable agreement.
Investigate and address legal risks inherent in the company's operations and growth trajectory, including regulatory compliance, intellectual property protection, and data privacy concerns.
Monitor and work in close collaboration with our AI team in order to stay ahead and compliant with regulatory developments in the software and AI technology space, including compliance with the AI Act and other pertinent regulations.
Offer strategic counsel on TechWolf's corporate architecture with specialised assistance during funding rounds and managing and administering the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
TechWolf will support you in providing trainings necessary for you to stay up to date with the latest changes in regulations.
Who you are:
You have 6+ years of experience as legalcounsel with a strong focus on technology and IT.
You're willing to take a high level of responsibility and able to work reliably and independently.
You have experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating (IT) agreements with enterprise customers.
You have a strong commercial acumen; able to take a pragmatic approach to legal risk and advise the business accordingly.
You're experienced in GDPR and data protection and have a specific interest in AI regulations.
You're a highly motivated and impact-oriented team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic business.
You have strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both legal and non-legal stakeholders in English.
You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
You’re based in Belgium and eager to work from the office at least 2-3 days each week.
