You have a law degree from a Belgian university; You have at least five years of professional experience in a legal function.
Can be in a law firm, notary office, advisory firm, developer or equivalent first-rate relevant environment, primarily focusing on real estate law, touching on the wide variety of real estate (development) matters, including civil law and construction matters, contracting matters, as well as company law and urban planning matters (this last one is considered a plus); You have relevant experience in participating in (international) project teams with different backgrounds.
