You have a law degree from a Belgian university; You have at least five years of professional experience in a legal function in realestate (lawyer, in-house legalcounsel, notary office, consulting firm, realestate developer or equivalent), touching on the wide variety of realestate (development) matters, including civil law and construction matters, contracting matters, as well as company law and urban planning matters; You're fluent in French and have a very good knowledge of English ; Dutch is a plus.
