Cheers to dreaming big! What does the job entail? You will mainly be involved in the strategic-legal support of the commercial team focusing on the Belgian and Luxembourg market of supermarkets and other stores You will manage the dispute portfolio related to this market, as well as for our logistics and breweries With the help of contract specialists, you will close watertight purchase and sales contracts You educate internal departments on the aspects of competition and contract law related to their business You oversee adherence to the compliance program You constantly think about how to improve your scope by changing, automating and/or digitizing Who are we looking for? Master of law degree Perfect command of Dutch, French and English Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in a legal department of an international company or law firm Knowledge of European and Belgian legislation in the field of commercial law, contract law and preferably also competition law Experience in dispute resolution Experience in dealing with complex legal issues at the international level Experience in Legal Operations or with Legal Tech is a plus Next to our competitive base salary, we put our people first by providing on-top benefits :
