Attend the Pan-European monthly alignment calls.Collect legal and compliance consulting requests and either directly handle these matters with external counsel or collaborate with Kia EU Legal & Compliance.Support Pan-European or local investigations and litigations (derived from investigations)Support Pan-European projects (legal, compliance, privacy & IT) , provide contract templates, communicate with local management and business departments, answer questions from different stakeholders.Support in Legal and Compliance trainings for the local stakeholdersMaintain contract-related documents and correspondence within Kia’s Management Contract Database Legisway.Monitor and archive contracts and move forward with conclusion, extension, or renewal according to what’s best for the Company and in line with business interests.Monitor and manage litigation cases and provide the quarterly Litigation Report to Kia EU.Support of the implementation of (compliance) policies.ProfileDegree in (business) law or equivalent education3+ years in an international work environment, preferably automotive, or technology company backgroundExperience in contract management, basic knowledge in GDPR and competition law are a plusCooperative working style with the willingness to assume responsibilityFluent in English and Dutch, French is a plusAnalytical and research skillsAttention to detailOrganizational skills and effective time managementPersuasive oral and written communicationInterpersonal skills and empathyNegotiation and problem-solving skillsOfferA fast growing and ambitious international companyA challenge to a very interesting and varied role, highly autonomous and with real responsibilitiesAn In depth product training program, including systems and toolsAn attractive salary package, PC, smartphone, pension plan and health insurance Kia Europe ZaventemFlanders
