To achieve that, you will collaborate closely with the R&D and the Product Owner team to stay up to date on the new features.
You need to understand the different apps and how to use the features to explain them properly and make sure our users learn how to use them. You will also write video scripts for , our eLearning platform, as well as product advertising videos.Of course, marketing promotion is part of your job:
product advertising, marketing campaigns, and other marketing/educational projects.This position is both creative and rigorous by nature. It requires gathering knowledge from various sources and compiling it in structured, easy-to-understand content.
We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a get it done spirit.To be successful, you will need solid English writing skills to write the content, a passion for innovative and technical products, and an eagerness to learn how the features work.
