My steep learning curve motivates me and keeps me here - Nick Rys, Product Manager Yourresponsibilities Assess individual and organisational L&D needs and create the appropriate L&D strategy in collaboration with the Talent ManagerImplement the defined learning strategy, delivering comprehensive and diverse training programmes and learning methods across the organisation (group and individual training, courses, e-learning, workshops, blended learning etc.)Critically question learning objectives and measure the effectiveness of L&D investments and initiativesCarry out a critical analysis of existing L&D programmes and constantly adapt the offer to the needs of the organisationAdvise and support people managers in monitoring and guiding the development of their team membersFoster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth by supporting employees on their learning journeyMonitor the L&D budget in cooperation with the L&D teamManage relations with training institutes and suppliers in collaboration with the L&D teamKeep abreast of current trends, methodologies, and tools in L&D and translate them into effective learning formats AboutyouAs a purpose driven company, we foster agility and open-mindedness.
