Responsibilities of the role:
•coordination, control and execution of leafplanning processes globally;•active participation in multi-functional projects;•bringing opportunities to implement improvements and innovations to our processes;•provide regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
You:
•strive for professional development, are open for changes and will bring innovative ideas;•can work independently, handle multiple needs of various internal customers and complete tasks within appropriate timelines;•have strong analytical, problem solving capabilities coupled with project management and planning skills;•have proficiency in English both spoken and written;•have knowledge of MS Office, advanced Excel skills, PowerBI would be an asset;•have university degree and professional at least 3-4 years’, preferably in a multinational environment or/and experienced in Operations, Global Supply Chain Logistic, Finance or related fields; What will the selection process look like?Talent Acquisition (TA) will perform an initial screening to assess whether candidates match with the defined vacancy requirements.
If this is the case, the candidate will be invited for 2 competency-based (virtual) interviews.
In parallel, you will be asked to complete online assessment tests*.
At the end of the process, each candidate will receive the assessment results, as well as actionable feedback for their further development.
Please note that we expect the courtesy from your side to inform your current manager about your interest and application, especially after the first interview.
*Assessment TestsThe tests are integrated in the selection process to increase objectivity of the final decision making.
The assessment tests for this role is a cognitive ability test.
The results will not be saved in the employee’s file, and will only be used in the context of the vacancy for which the employee is applying.
