Design, develop, test, install and support application systems in line with product requirementsCreate, deploy and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines ensuring the development and release of software is as seamless as possibleApply automation, monitoring and visualization across the architectureWork hand-in-hand with developers and testers to ensure code deploys and operates to the highest quality standardsAnalyze problems, develop and propose solutions and share it with other team membersPrepare and study the technical feasibility and estimates of the proposed systems solutionsDevelop and maintain technical documentation, prepare and give presentations to other team members, management and customersProvide coaching and training to more junior team members of your squadProvide timing/scheduling estimates to team leader and propose corrective actions to timelines when necessaryDemonstrate customer centricity by working closely together with the internal customerOrganize efficient handover through high quality documentation and trainingCollaborate with other engineers to innovate and implement the components of the design system What will make you successful:
University degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience5-10 years of IT development experienceSolid programming/coding experience in Apex, Lightning, JavaScript.
Any Salesforce certification is a plusStrong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce APIsStrong knowledge in the Salesforce configuration.
Should know what is out of the box and what should be customizedExperience in Salesforce integration with other applications.
Strong understandinghow systems interact with each other, including error handling, security, and performanceKnowledge in DevOps and experience in branching strategies, continuous integration, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
In an Agile environment that require a high degree of scalability and reliabilityTeam player, ability to collaborate with teams operating in other time-zones (Europe and APAC)Excellent written and verbal (English) communications, strong interpersonal skills and customer centric attitudeAnalytical with very good troubleshooting skills in understanding very complex situations and dependenciesEager to learnand to stay up to date with the latest technologiesOther technical skills:
