Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.Develop a detailed project plan for the central projects to monitor and track progress.Report directly to the Project Director and ensure a regular and appropriate level of information to the higher management.Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

Leading internationalprojectmanagement / coach & support central PMs Supports the PMs with kick-off meetings and commercial meetings with the client.Together with the PMs, foresee project risks and project uncertainties and develop improvement actions.Deploy an appropriate communication during the course of projects.Acquire hands-on understanding on the situations by regular site visits and on site people management.Drive the team to reach the best standards of Safety and Quality for the entire satisfaction of the customers.Ensures that contract variations (scope, schedule, costs) are communicated and negotiated with the customer.Looks for commercial opportunities, additional billable services, or other ways to improve the financial revenue of the projects in the central region.

Qualifications You have a Masters Degree in Industrial or Civil EngineeringYou have demonstrated successful management of international/European team in a similar environment with at least a significant 10 year of experience.You have a thorough knowledge of mechanics.
You are fluent in Dutch, English, French and/or German.You are willing to travel abroad when its needed.You are a people manager, team player and you take responsibility.
