About the Role We?are looking for an experienced, technical LeadDeveloper – RulesEngine & Pipeline to join our pack! As LeadDeveloper – RulesEngine & Pipeline you will drive design and development efforts on ArcticWolf’s threat hunting and event correlation?engine.?ArcticWolf?processes?upwards of?600?billion?events?a day?from?a wide variety of?on-premise?devices and?cloud platforms.
Our team owns the threat detection and event correlation rule engine that hosts all ArcticWolf’s threat detection rules and runs them against this stream of data.
We are continuously working to extend and refine our flexibility to detect ever more sophisticated attacks.
Join us in our efforts to evolve the capabilities of the engine to enable our security experts to express ever more complex detection logic and detect attacks at all steps of the cyber security kill chain.
You Will:
Drive the definition and development of ArcticWolf’s next generation threat hunting and event correlation engine, working closely with product, architecture, and engineering leadership. Create and scale?high-performance?services?in a real-time threat analysis platform, using both streaming and batch technologies.Deploy?containerized services?to?production within?hours. Work?as?part of?a team of?highly skilled?software professionals, providing technical mentorship to other team members.Continuously learn and expand your technical horizons. Our Technology Stack:
Golang,?Python,?Java, Kafka, Docker,?Amazon Web Services (AWS),?Kubernetes or ECS, Linux You Are:
Excited to work at the intersection of Big Data and the Cybersecurity?problem spaces, including on correlation at scale. 5+ years of?experience?shipping?production-quality?software.
Love?coding!Experience?deploying?services on?cloud computing platforms (e.g, AWS, Azure, GCP) Enjoy freedom of building software in a culture of continuous integration and deployment.
Experience working on?distributed systems?and microservices architecture?is?preferred.
Track record of developing high-performance and high-throughput software systems. Experience working on stream processing architectures (e.g.
