As a member of the People & Communications team, which also includes the cross-functional Centers of Expertise (Talent Acquisition, Performance & Remuneration, Learning & Development), your responsibilities will include:
Providing legal support to HR and the Business stakeholdersManagement of disciplinary sanctions (analysis of facts, drafting of letters) Management of other departures:
redundancies, negotiated departures & transactions Support and assistance with the management of bodies such as works councils, CPPT and internal/external meetings with social partnersPreparatory work for drafting and negotiating company agreementsLegal research/social and regulatory monitoringLitigation managementWe are looking forMaster’s degree in Labor Law, or experience in similar employment law/Human Resources functions, in an industrial or service environment, preferably in a multi-site environment.A generalist approach to HR, with good knowledge of individual and collective labor law.Excellent interpersonal skills and interest in teamwork!You are fluent in Dutch & FrenchWe offerAs part of a group with strong human values and global ambitions, you will play a key role in the international HR community and play an active part in the group's projects.
