Ensure masterData Configuration schedule and coordination to anticipate and responds to business needsConfiguration right first time of LIMSmasterdata like specification/method/sampling plan within the LIMS (creation/update)Qualification of masterdata configurationContinuous Improvement and participation to the development of masterdata configuration processEnsure with LIMS Business expert consistency of LIMSdata structure across processes and in its connectivity with other systems (SAP, LDMA, ELN)Recognized as expert, ensure product and system training and sharing of knowledge with less/no experienced member of the teamManage global digital projects:
Lead and ensure delivery in quality, in time and in budget of global projects under scope from beginning to endOrganize project’s structure and governance, manage related meetingsCollaborate with IT & vendor project managers to coordinate the activities of UCB’sLead the gathering & formalization of user requirements (incl.
process & data flows and metadata management), the acceptance testing & performance qualification of the delivered solution and the training of end-users, guaranteeing that our needs are properly defined (and aligned across departments) and supported by the final productB.

Back-up roleThe position can act as back-up for his colleagues or manager upon request by manager and after appropriate training.Interested? For this position you’ll need the following experience and skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a GMP environmentMinimum 3 years of project management experienceStrong understanding of laboratory computerized systems, both from a business and IT perspective is beneficialKnowledge of LIMS system and relational databases is a plusQuick grasp of how system functionalities align with business needsProject management skills, ability to assess resources against workload, and create effective action plans.
