Function As a Key AccountManager, you are responsible for Pluxee's largest private clients located in your area You increase the market share of Pluxee in your region through active prospecting and loyalty actions on a specific portfolio.
This portfolio is made up of B2B clients, which have more than 100 employees on payroll.
You are responsible for hunting and agriculture in your segment and region.
Your mission You analyze your market segment and develop an annual action plan to implement.
You are responsible for prospecting and making telephone appointments for both prospects and customers.
You negotiate high-level contracts with your prospects and customers.
You are responsible for profitability per customer and have turnover and margin objectives for which you develop specific action plans per prospect / customer (bv:
increase in the nominal value of meal vouchers, up - selling, deep-selling, cross-selling, etc.).
As a professional contact person, you build and maintain a strong relationship with your prospects and customers.
You clearly identify the DMU (Decision Making Unit) of your prospects and customers.
You manage internal processes that are important to your major clients.
You are the main point of contact between the different internal departments of Sodexo to offer your clients the best possible solutions.
You also manage complaints on this subject in collaboration with internal ministries.
You are also responsible for the database of your prospects and customers and their constant updating, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
You ensure that you provide accurate and regular reports to the sales manager on your sales activities and their follow-up.
You actively participate in various events with prospects and customers and develop Pluxee’s image.
You work closely with the marketing department to determine the important needs of our prospects and customers.
Profile Profile :
You hold a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
You have at least 5 years of commercial experience You have a genuine sales personality and strong negotiation and communication skills.
You are flexible, independent and you respect your commitments.
You are service and results oriented, you have good listening skills.
You know the “customer and the buyer’s journey”.
