Your New Role:
As a Key AccountManagerEmobility, your vital mission is to aid our BTB accountmanagers and affiliates in selling large emobility projects to companies or public institutions.
You will take the lead in offering our emobility solutions for workplaces and employees' homes, playing a crucial role in guiding companies towards a CO2-neutral mobility solution.

Partner with the Luminus BtB Sales team in identifying and selling our emobility solutions to BtB portfolio customers and large fleet customers.Offer end-to-end emobility solutions, including hardware and services like public charging or split billing, tailored to the needs of companies and public institutions.Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, serving as their primary emobility partner.Collaborate with stakeholders, partners, and subsidiaries to design and implement the best fit emobility solutions for clients.Conduct sales pitches, prepare tailored offers with competitive pricing and margins, and lead contract negotiations.Ensure seamless administrative execution and post-sales activities, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and a “first time right” approach.Analyze market and customer data to support the development of new products and services.Develop and implement acquisition strategies to prospect new customers.What We're Looking For:
A commercially minded individual with 3 to 5 years of account management experience, preferably in the energy and/or service industry.
Emobility experience is an asset.A proactive, project-driven individual with excellent negotiation and communication skills.A team player capable of motivating others and working autonomously when required.Fluent in French and English; basic to fluent Dutch is highly advantageous.Passionate about sustainability, energy transition, and climate change.Your Impact:
Your role is critical in achieving our KPIs, including a significant impact on our EBITDA and Emobility margins.
You'll have autonomy in product, pricing, and margin decisions and will be expected to become an emobility specialist within 3 to 6 months, eventually handling complex projects over 1 to 3 years. Luminus BrusselsBrussels
