The work will be carried out on the company’s premises, in Brussels.
Main Responsibilities and Tasks Help manage client and consultant relationships and address inquiries or concerns.
Reach out to potential clients to schedule meetings and presentations, with direct supervision of the ServiceDelivery Management team.
Support the ServiceDelivery Management team with the development and implementation of business development strategies.
Handle general office management tasks such as answering phones, sorting and distributing incoming mail, maintaining office filing, and organizing meetings.
Handle general inquiries and provide information to staff, clients, and visitors.
Assist different departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Promote teamwork and build effective relationships with internal departments to address consultants’ and clients’ questions and expectations.
Participate in the overall business activity, by encouraging innovative and stimulating work environment evolutions.
Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Excellent communication skills both oral and written in English and French.
Knowledge of other languages is an asset; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet use; This function requires and helps you develop the following skills:
