Position Overview:
As a JuniorSalesforceDeveloper, you will play a critical role in developing and customizing Salesforce applications to meet the needs of our clients.
You will work closely with senior developers and business stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior developers and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce applications.
Design and develop Salesforce solutions using declarative development tools, such as Lightning App Builder, Process Builder, and Flow.
Customize Salesforce functionality using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to meet specific business requirements.
Assist in the implementation and integration of third-party applications, plugins, and APIs within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Perform unit testing and support system testing to ensure high-quality code and application functionality.
Participate in code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and suggest best practices to optimize code quality and performance.
Support the deployment of Salesforce applications to production environments and assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Stay updated on the latest Salesforce platform features, enhancements, and industry trends to suggest innovative solutions and improvements.
Contribute to documentation efforts, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and quality assurance professionals, to deliver successful projects within defined timelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Familiarity with Salesforce platform, including declarative development tools (Lightning App Builder, Process Builder, Flow) and programming languages (Apex, Visualforce).
Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.
Passion for learning and staying updated on the latest Salesforce features, tools, and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and apply them effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet project deadlines.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are desirable but not mandatory.
