We prioritize & lead co-creation to craft consistent customer intimate user journeys across entertainment and connectivity.?As a JuniorProductManagerProductEngagement, you deep dive into our customers’ experience.
Through interviews, data analysis and syncs with our key stakeholders, you learn what goes well for our customer, but most importantly, what can be improved.
You are in close contact with our customer facing channels to continuously gather customer feedback and on the other hand you make sure you stay up to date with the product roadmap of our connectivity and entertainment colleagues.You engage our customers with our products by guiding them through a flawless onboarding journey, providing them with clear usage instructions and by making them aware of product features they are not familiar with yet.Your tasks as our juniorProductManager You keep in touch with the customer through various channels (research, sales channels, customer care, field technicians, web, …).
Based on new research & existing data, you build extensive knowledge and deep understanding of customer needs in the connectivity and entertainment area, and you translate this into relevant insights and business opportunities You closely follow-up on key KPI’s (NPS, feature usage,..
) and monitor customer satisfaction of our connectivity and entertainment solutions and initiate projects to improve their overall product experience You work closely together with our connectivity and entertainment colleagues, market research and digital/ app teams to assure timely and high-quality delivery of your projects.
