Your key responsibilitiesGather functional/technical requirements and assist in defining the scope of the implementationSupport solution and process design within the deployed technologyConduct SAP SuccessFactors system configurationPrepare and execute test scenariosCollaborate with customer teams to effectively deliver project scopeAssist in preparing and conducting workshops with clientsIntegrate with the business segment of the team and international EY structuresYour ProfileYou have:
A master’s or bachelor’s degree in HR, business or ITWillingness to be involved in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projectsStrong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skillsAbility and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies,Fluency in English and either Dutch or French (and good understanding of either Dutch or French),Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 15-20%Ideally, you’ll be willing to:
