You provide technical assistance and support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ranging from simple application glitches to complex virtual environments.You install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications, including the configuration and installation of end-user devices like laptops, printers, etc..
You manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights while ensuring system security.You respond to IT service requests and incidents in a timely matter and communicate progress effectively to end-users.You tackle operational tasks within our IT infrastructure, refining the data quality of our business systems.You contribute to continuous improvement efforts by introducing new technologies, fostering innovation within the team, and viewing technological challenges as opportunities for growth and excellence.You document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and conduct regular system updates and backups to ensure system security and integrity.You provide training and guidance to end-users on using IT systems and applications effectively.
TO BE You've completed a solid IT education and can reflect on a first relevant experience.You're a master of Windows Operating Systems, Office 365, Teams, Networking (TCP/IP), and possess extensive knowledge of server management (Windows 2012/2019/2022), AD, and Exchange.You're fluent in Dutch, and proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French is an added advantage.Your talent for time management enables you to independently manage your schedule.
