).You keep yourself continuously informed of the evolutions and developments in the field of HR within our department.You will serve as the primary point of contact for the HR Director to align Hand to the HR business.You will provide HR general administrative support to the HR Director.Your Profile:
Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Law, Economics.Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR consultant/ juniorHRBP.Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.Selfstarter, with strong interpersonal skills, a teamplayer and good sense of organization skills.Positive mindset, proactive problem solver who can work independently and is eager to learn.Entrepreneurial spirit and fluent in French, Dutch and English.Knowledge of Belgium social legislation.A strong customers and results orientation.
