The requested qualifications for this Junior HR Officer position include:
You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and English.
A good knowledge of French is an asset; Bachelor Degree in HR/Business Administration/Legal; 0-2 years of experience in a related field; First experience in a payroll/HR service is a plus; Good knowledge in MS Office (Outlook,Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Knowledge in Social Laws is an asset; Excellent communication skills; Service oriented and problem-solving ability; Very organized, analytic skills, rigorous; Discreet (Confidentiality).
