Key Responsibilities:
1.
Vendor Invoice Booking:
Utilize knowledge of SAP - Account Payable Module to accurately process and book vendor invoices in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining accurate records.
2.
Accounting Tasks:
Assist in performing various accounting tasks within the Accounts Payable team, including but not limited to reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closing processes.
Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
3.
Support During Audits:
Participate in providing support and fulfilling requirements during internal and external audits.
Prepare necessary documentation and assist auditors as needed to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls.
4.
Time Management:
Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
Adapt to changing priorities and workloads while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
5.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Accounts Payable team and cross-functionally with other departments.
Share knowledge and best practices to contribute to the overall success of the team.
6.
Communication Skills:
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and auditors.
Clearly articulate information and respond promptly to inquiries and requests.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SAP - Account Payable Module for Vendor invoice booking is essential.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel/MS Word, including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets and documents.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in accounting or finance roles is preferred but not required.
