Tasks Seaters is looking for a Dutch speaking JuniorAccountManager to join the Sales and Marketing Team.
You will work in close collaboration with the other AccountManagers from our European office in the Brussels region and home office.
As an Account Coordinator, your time will be divided between acting as a key point-of-contact with our B2B accounts and managing inbound end-user enquiries from our European operations through our helpdesk.
Our goal is to provide an industry leading experience for our customers and end-users! Key Responsibilities:
Retain and grow our existing B2B accounts by following-up and manage their day-to-day needs Manage client projects on the Seaters Platform:
assist clients with the creation of Fan Groups, Wish Lists and the distribution of tickets Assist with marketing campaigns for our B2B customers Draft business intelligence reports requested by our B2B accounts Maintain excellent customer relations to increase customer loyaltyOffer B2C customer support through our helpdesk:
ensure satisfaction by following up with customer questions to verify that all issues have been resolved.

You will contribute to building this structure Requirements Dutch native speaker and fluent in English (spoken and written) Sense for precision, detail and high-quality results Self-starter and independent problem-solver Internet savvy and great interest in digital communications Excellent communication skills both verbal and written You are a multitasker with prompt action Customer oriented:
