Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement GIS applications and solutions using industry-standard tools and technologies.Develop custom GIS Esri web applications for map servicesDevelopment of custom Plugins in GIS application such as ArcGIS proStreamlining and increasing the efficiency of existing processesCollaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet customers’ needs.Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in GIS and related fields.Document and write work instructions.Your profile :
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, GIS, or a related field. - At least 3 years of experience in development and application design. - Experience with GIS-related programming languages, such as Python, or Java. - Experience in web development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related tools and frameworks. - Experience with data handling using APIs - Experience in implementing CI/CD methodologies and tools, such as Jenkins and deployment automation tools such as Ansible - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge that is a plus - Knowledge of GIS software and tools, including ArcGIS, QGIS, PostGIS, and others - Knowledge of spatial databases, SQL, and data management concepts. - Experience with GIS application development using ESRI's ArcGIS platform - Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, such as AWS - Experience with FME and FME serverContract for indeterminate periodCompetitive salary packagesGroup - and hospitalisation insuranceMeal vouchersBike lease programExtended training budget T-SystemsBelgiumRoadCharging MachelenFlanders
