Your work week will be 40 hours per weekYour Days off are Sunday (a second weekly day off can be discussed case by case)My client is looking to hire the HeadChef at least 2 months before the opening, between the 1st and 31st of July, depending on the construction progress.If necessary, the hiring process can be expedited to ensure your availability.You will assist in recruiting the rest of the kitchen team, which should be hired 1 month before the opening.You will lead a kitchen team composed by 10 people:
