As part of the training, it is important that you can easily reach Zaventem, after which a lot of work can be done from home.
The responsibilities of this position as Administrative ContractManagement Officer include:
Customizing contracts to meet client needs; Uploading contracts into the system; Ensuring all legal requirements on the contract are met; Adding the appropriate adjustments to the contract per country and complying with legal provisions per country.
This involves liaising with the legal departments of different countries; Checking product prices in the system and adjusting where necessary; Ensuring all prices are correctly entered into the SAP system; Requesting necessary approvals for changes; Having frequent contact with account managers.
Communicate with clients and colleagues in French and Italian! The required qualifications for this position of Administrative ContractManagement Officer are:
Excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written.
Additionally, fluent in Italian or German.
Any other language is a plus.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience; Experience with SAP or another ERP system; Proficient in using the MS Office package, particularly Word; Good communication skills; Able to easily commute to Zaventem; Previous knowledge of contractmanagement is a significant advantage.
