You proactively track the timely and complete availability of manufactured products in coordination with their local planning and production departments.You collaborate on both internal and external transport planning alongside their shipping department.You engage in collaborative efforts related to warehousing and loading activities with the warehouse department.You reduce the number of complaints directed towards their suppliers to elevate their overall service level, incorporating the development and tracking of KPIs.You ensure the efficient administrative treatment and follow-up of Purchase Orders, Backorders, and Rush orders.You manage stock effectively, considering principles such as FIFO, aging, service level, and stock level.You administer the resolution of non-conformities, including returns to vendors and product destruction processes.You ensure compliance with all applicable legal regulations and international food safety standards, encompassing safety, working conditions, environment, and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).You act as a backup for the material planner when necessary.We are looking for an InventoryCoordinator that :
